This reference should be treated as historic. As the site comprises several physically seperate cleared sites within the same neighbourhood they are now being treated as individual sites (see references below). This approach reflects the planning application process in bringing some of this land forward for development and will also provde a more straightforward means of monitoring any further changes. The site area has been reduced to zero (from an estimated 4.44ha in 2021) to avoid duplication.
