The site is available now and there is a reasonable prospect that development as envisaged will be delivered on the site within 15 years.. This site could be developed for a mix of ground floor retail and commercial and/ or housing uses. If for housing only on upper floors, this could include high density housing comprising town houses and apartments and the suggested yield is up to 15 units.
