The scope of the 'Delivering Change in Horley Town Centre' revitalisation programme which includes this project was approved by Executive September 2020. Executive also approved £37,600 from Reigate & Banstead Borough Council's Commercial Ventures (Feasibility Studies) Reserve to progress a feasibility and options study in relation to the development of the High Street Carpark.
