Fire station site, council owned and previously Identified as having potential for redevelopment. The site has been marketed for sale. A small-scale residential development could be provided, as long as constraints to delivery can be overcome and successfully mitigated through an appropriate scheme, particularly with regard to access. However, it has recently been confirmed that this site is no longer available for redevelopment for residential use. No longer considered developable/developable and future housing delivery is discounted in the SHLAA.
