Block of domestic garages within an established residential area. Identified as a potential redevelopment opportunity in the urban area. A higher density of development could be fitting given the urban location, and to reflect the surrounding residential development. Recently suggested that the site is available and that a developer has been actively considering redevelopment of the site. However to date there has been no formal proposal. As a result, until further evidence of deliverability is available, the site is considered developable in the medium-term (6 to 10 years).
