This Site forms part of a larger site allocation under Policy SP11 in the Local Plan 2036 adopted in June 2020 (Sandy Lane Recreation Ground and Land to the Rear of the Retail Park). The site is also allocated as part of Area of Change Policy AOC7. The Local Plan identified a minimum of 120 homes to be delivered on the wider site.
