Former school buildings have already been demolished (15/00830/DEM). A planning application was submitted to the Council (23/00382/FL) on the 21/04/2023,for 64 dwellings (bungalows, two-storey flats and 2, 3 & 4 bed two-storey houses). The south eastern part of the site (the part within the SDL) is Brownfield Land, the applicaiton is proposing 26 dwellings on the part of the site which is within the BLR.
