Partially located within Westerham urban confines the site is considered sustainable. The site lies within the AONB but is considered to be well contained within the landscape. Access is the main issue and development of the site would require a new or widened access onto Granville Road. Overall the site is considered able to accommodate development however it is partially located within the Green Belt so this designation would need to change in order for it to be developed.
