The site is located adjacent to West Kingsdown urban confines when considered alongside site HO77. The existing access onto the A20 could be utilised. Concerns are raised over potential noise and air quality issues from the M20 motorway. Overall the site is considered able to accommodate development however it is located within the Green Belt so this designation would need to change in order for it to be developed.
