The site is located adjacent to the urban confines of Hartley. The existing access onto Castle Hill could be utilised however Castle Hill is a narrow single track lane and not considered suitable for this scale of development. Overall the site is considered unsuitable for development given the inadequate access and encroachment into the countryside.
