Notes

The site is located within the built confines of Swanley Village, although this settlement does not have a boundary and is washed over by the Green Belt. There is existing access onto Swanley Village Road however this is very narrow and so a new access would be required from either Hoggs Orchard or Hotham Close. The eastern part of the site lies within the Conservation Area. Overall the western part of the site that is previously developed is considered able to accommodate development, however it is located within the Green Belt so this designation would need to change in order for it to be developed.
