Site allocated as part of the Local Plan.. The site is 2 hectares in size and is part of the former Doncaster Airport site and is therefore brownfield. The site is capable of accommodating 53 dwellings. The Lakeside Lake is located to the north and east of the site beyond which is an existing housing development under construction. The High Speed Rail College is under construction to he west which sits alongside some existing commercial uses.
