Site allocated as part of the Local Plan.. The site is 1.3 hectares in size and currently houses a water treatment works with areas of concrete hard standing and a section of scrubland to the west of the site; the site is primarily brownfield therefore. The site is capable of accommodating 39 dwellings. There is a primary school immediately to the south of the site and an Aircraft Museum to the east.
