Hybrid planning application comprising: Outline application for the redevelopment of the former Rossington Colliery for a mixed use development comprising up to 1200 residential units (Use Class C3), local superstore (Use Class A1), hotel, (Use Class C1), restaurant (Use Class A3/A4), fast food outlet (Use Class A3/A5), petrol filling station with ancillary retail (Sui Generis), community building (Use Class D1) and land for new primary school.
