A larger part of the site has been promoted for redevelopment, this includes the St David’s recreation ground. The wider site includes two areas of Urban Area of Open Space. The site was previously featured on the register as a part of a wider site, however it has now been split into two separate areas as some parts are no longer available for residential development. Discussions with the landowner suggest most likely only St David's now available for development. The site is currently a temporary home to Reigate Police station, whilst more permanent solution is found.
