Operational car park in an excellent location beside the River Tweed in Spittal. There may be opportunity to develop this land in conjunction with other sites, perhaps as part of a more comprehensive redevelopment of brownfield land in this part of Tweedmouth. However, at present there is no indication that the site will become available for redevelopment in the foreseeable future, and as a result development is not considered to be achievable. Future housing delivery is currently discounted in the SHLAA.
