Planning permission was granted to convert the first floor office space to residential in 1999 (Ref: LW/99/1591) however only the Saxon Lane part of the building was converted (to 4 flats) the remaining first floor was retained as office space. Planning permission was then granted in 2012 for the erection of a second floor to provide 10 flats (this was later revised to 11) and retaining the office space at first floor.
