Relatively large three-storey property within central Blyth that is currently utilised as space for commercial units and offices. An a prior approval application was permitted in July 2025 for the conversion of the building into 16 flats (24/04304/CUD). The works will provide 6 apartments on the ground floor, a further 6 on the first floor, and the final 4 on the second floor. Although the internal space will see a great deal of work, very little change will be made to the external appearance of the building. Works are yet to commence but the overall scheme is forecast to be completed within the next five years.
