This site is has Permission under LU/214/20/PL for the eastern part of the site known as 'The Empty Supermarket Premises'. The rest of site to the west contains a carpark known as 'St Martins Carpark' which is still available as a potential brownfield site. It may be added as a seperate site in the next BLR update..
