19/P/00023 Outline application for the erection of 28 dwellings together with car parking and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings (All matters reserved except access). Reserved Matters 22/P/01899 application submitted on 8 Nov 2022 - disposed of on 24 October 2025 under Article 40(13) of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015, due to outstanding unresolved matters. The loss of the existing employment use on the site under 19/P/00023 was considered acceptable on balance, however the site is no longer considered suitable for inclusion due to Local Plan: Strategy and Sites Policy E3 which protects against the loss of employment uses.
