The Local Plan Housing and Employmen Land Trajectories envisage the development of 135 dwellings and 5200 square metres of office floorspace on the site. The maximum figure of 150 is based on early feasibility studies.The minimum figure of 50 is based on the figure given in the 2015 Local Plan Housing Trajectory.
