Work has commenced on site and the first 12 units were completed in 2016/17 and 115 in 2017/18 and 132 in 2018/19. 56 of the units are to be delivered in the existing 'white building' and an application to increase this to 96 units (17/02279/FUL) was granted in March 2018. 12 units were outstanding as of 1 April 2021.
