Part of Brocksbushes Farm, a complex of commercial and agricultural buildings consisting of a farmhouse, barns and other outbuildings, set within the Green Belt. An application for the conversion of a range of agricultural buildings to create 5 dwellings was permitted in September 2024 (24/00345/FUL). The buildings comprise of existing farm and commercial buildings that include a mix of traditional and newer materials, such as steel, wood and stone. The overall scheme seeks to create a small hamlet of dwellings which includes the restoration of the Grade II Listed Mill and adjacent Cow Shed.
