Part of Brocksbushes Farm, a complex of commercial and agricultural buildings consisting of a farmhouse, barns and other outbuildings, set within the Green Belt. An application for the conversion of a range of agricultural buildings to create 5 dwellings was permitted in September 2024 (24/00345/FUL). The buildings comprise of existing farm and commercial buildings that include a mix of traditional and newer materials, such as steel, wood and stone. The overall scheme seeks to create a small hamlet of dwellings which includes the restoration of the Grade II Listed Mill and adjacent Cow Shed. The residential development will complement the existing business at Brockbushes Farm. No start made on works yet, but scheme is considered deliverable in the coming five years.
