Farmstead in the countryside that consists of a mix of traditional buildings and a large modern shed along with some less substantial agricultural buildings of timber construction. The farmhouse outbuildings and agricultural buildings are currently vacant and are no longer required. In August 2024, an application for conversion of the existing buildings to 5 dwellings was approved (24/00304/FUL).The works also include selective demolition of redundant agricultural buildings. Although no start has been made on-site, the overall project is considered deliverable in the coming five years.
